ZKarlo is an electronics store focused largely on parts for laptop and notebook computers. We also have a large selection of video game accessories, digital cameras, GPS units, and cell phones. We will also do repairs on laptops upon request. We made our start as an eBay store and continue to sell electronics through our eBay store which can be visited by Clicking Here. • Allow 1-2 business days for an email response please.
• If you plan on leaving negative feedback, please let us have the opportunity to make it right!
• Multiple purchases CAN be combined for lower shipping and will automatically be calculated in checkout.
• Shipping is a fixed price and cannot be adjusted unless you purchase multiple items.
• Oversized items might not be applicable for combined shipping if it is too large.
• All Shipping is processed through US Postal Service ONLY (We do not ship UPS, Fed-Ex, etc).
• ZKarlo ships to the 50-United States.
• ZKarlo ships to US territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and more.
• ZKarlo ships to APO & FPO addresses, but please allow extra delivery time.
• ZKarlo DOES NOT ship to any country out of the US (NO shipping to Canada, Mexico, etc).
• Sales tax of 6.85% does apply to any transaction being shipped within the state of Minnesota.
• There is no charge for pick-up but sales tax does apply.
• Please read the full ad, your purchase is a binding contract!
• If you purchase an item and cannot pay for the product there will be a 15% restocking fee (minimum $5.00 fee).

• If you have an issue, please contact us first before leaving feedback. Your satisfaction is our #1 goal!
• If there is a problem with the product, you must contact us within 10 days of arrival.

• We do carry multiple items in stock for most of our products and will first attempt to replace the item before providing a refund.
• All return shipping is at the sole responsibility of the buyer, we do not refund return shipping.
• If you are returning the product, you must include a completed RMA form with the shipment.
• If you use Yahoo or AOL email addresses be sure to turn off your spam folder in order to receive correspondence from us!
